Subzilla — Subscription Tracker

Last updated: July 2026

Subzilla is built on a simple principle: your subscription data is nobody's business but yours.

Your subscription data

Everything you enter — subscriptions, prices, dates, notes — is stored in a local database on your device only. Subzilla has no user accounts and no servers of its own, and this data is never uploaded anywhere.

Advertising (free version)

The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve them, Google may collect and process device and advertising identifiers and usage data, as described in Google's own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Subzilla asks for your consent first, and you can decline. Subzilla Pro removes all ads and the ad SDK is not used for Pro users.

Backups

When you export a backup or CSV file, you choose where it goes (your files, your cloud drive, an email). The app itself never sends it anywhere.

Notifications

Billing and trial reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data leaves the device.

Biometrics

If you enable App Lock, authentication is performed entirely by your device's operating system (fingerprint / Face ID). Subzilla never sees, stores, or transmits biometric data.

Purchases

The Subzilla Pro subscription is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. The subscription state is cached locally on your device.

Third parties

Subzilla contains links that open external websites (for example, a service's cancellation page). Once you leave the app, the destination site's own privacy policy applies.

Children

Subzilla is not directed at children. Apart from the advertising described above, Subzilla itself collects no personal data.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published at this same address with an updated date.
